besummoned now lives in Claude and ChatGPT
Last changed on
The fastest way to use besummoned is no longer this website. It's your AI assistant.
besummoned now ships as a plugin (an MCP connector) for Claude and ChatGPT. Connect it once, and creating an event looks like this:
"Pizza and board games at my place Friday 7pm, make an invite"
Your assistant answers with a finished event page and its invite link, right there in the chat. Share the link anywhere; guests RSVP with one click and nobody creates an account.
Why chat is the better front door
besummoned was always built for speed from idea to invite: two fields, no login, one link. Chat removes the last remaining step. You don't open a website and fill out a form; you say what you're planning, in the middle of whatever conversation gave you the idea.
The plugin covers the whole lifecycle:
- Create an event from a single sentence.
- Update it later: move the time, add the address, cap the guest list.
- Manage signups, or cancel the whole thing.
- Join an event someone sent you, by pasting its link into your own assistant.
You also get a claim link when you create an event from chat. Open it once in your browser and the event appears under Your Events on the website, so both worlds stay in sync.
Set it up in about a minute
The setup guide has the exact steps for both assistants, and the connector URL to paste. Claude supports it on every plan, including the free one. ChatGPT requires developer mode, available on paid plans.
And if you'd rather stay in the browser, nothing changes: creating an event on the web works exactly like before.
